TimeKeeper Menus

Don't expect this to make any sense.
  1. Copy current menu to HTML file. Test.
  2. Rewrite menu using CSS. Test.
  3. Add additional links. Test.
  4. Copy back to jsp. Test.

Also: browser-friendly, browser-safe pop-up links.
